International Motivation Training took place in the weekend 25-26 November 2023
This weekend, on November 25th and 26th, marked a significant milestone for the Youth Phoenix #project as youth ambassadors from Bulgaria, France, Italy, Latvia, and Romania convened to actively engage in fostering civic participation at the European level.
During an intensive 8-hour workshop, split into four hours each day, the ambassadors delved into discussions centered around local, national, and European participation.
On the first day, they collectively identified common challenges faced in their respective countries and gained insights into various local and national initiatives implemented across the regions.
The second day was dedicated to exploring avenues for involvement at the European level. Guided by the consortium and project trainers, the young ambassadors worked collaboratively to formulate 6 innovative initiatives. These initiatives were born out of a shared understanding of common needs and challenges, laying the groundwork for future activities within the project.
The consortium and trainers eagerly awaited the arrival of the youth ambassadors, anticipating the valuable contributions and insights they would bring to the table.
